We're huge fans of Laura Welsh's ghostly pop, so there's a lot for us to like about Canadian producer/vocalist Lemon's latest wavy electronic cut, 'Better For You'. Born Victoria Sheahan in Ontario, her output as Lemon tends to revolve around sharp, ticking percussion and blurry synth glitches, and 'Better For You' carries on the theme. An anthem for spurned lovers, it shows there's a huge depth to her sometimes fiery, sometimes glassy and detached vocal range and intelligent wordplay. One to watch out for. - DC
